Writing tips

Cover all three bullets. Each one needs a sentence or two of real development.

Hold one register. Formal, semi-formal or informal — read the situation and stay consistent.

Open and close as a pair. “Dear Sir or Madam” takes “Yours faithfully”; a name takes “Yours sincerely”.
